Airbnb Hosting Agreement


This Agreement is between Luxury BNB Rentals (Host) and ______________ (Owner).  Owner agrees to make his/her property at _______________________________  available to Host at specified times for the purpose of renting it through Airbnb.

Owner Responsibilities:

Provide dates when the home will be available.  These will be provided as far in advance as possible.  If the home is booked, there will be no cancellations of any existing reservation.

Provide necessary amenities for guests, including linens, towels, furniture, cable wifi and such.

Provide information sheet for guests with how to info on various aspects of condo.

Accepts all legal responsibility for the home and rental income tax

Host Responsibilities:

Set up home for rent on Airbnb site under Host’s account.  

Set calendar according to dates provided by Owner and Host’s availability.

Manage reservations in accordance with agreed upon criteria.

Meet and greet guests or otherwise arrange for entry using lockbox/electronic door locks.

Act as the local contact for guests during their stay.

Arrange for cleaning after each stay and supply all consumables.

Fee Arrangement:  Host will determine appropriate rental rates and cleaning fees.  Owner will receive 80% of the rental income and Host will receive 20% of the rental income and all of the cleaning fees.

Either party may cancel this agreement by giving written notice to the other party.  Such cancellation will not affect any existing reservations.
